Spacious room, welcoming staff, with stunning views of the elephants bathing right from the balcony, where the beautiful infinity pool added to the magical experience of our stay.

Incredible views of the elephants and the river
Staying here was an amazing experience! The views from our room of the elephants bathing in the river were truly breathtaking. We loved enjoying breakfast while watching the elephants play, and the staff were incredibly helpful in making our stay memorable. It would be nice to have more dining options available, but overall, the positives far outweighed any negatives.

Beautiful elephant views.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13ticket inconvenience
The need to purchase a ticket for the elephant orphanage upon check-in came as an unpleasant surprise, and it limits your flexibility. some elephants were observed in chains, which detracted from the natural experience, and the quality of dinner options did not meet expectations, with some dishes being pricier than anticipated.

The stunning views of elephants bathing from my balcony were a highlight of my stay. The staff were attentive and ensured we had a great experience. I did find some safety aspects concerning, such as a balcony door that did not lock and uneven areas in the room that could be a tripping hazard.

great views but dated decor
The view of the elephants from the beautiful pool was unforgettable. I enjoyed observing the vibrant garden from my balcony, which added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including fresh fruits that were a lovely touch.
Some areas felt tired and in need of updating.

The highlight was undoubtedly the incredible view of elephants bathing in the river right from the balcony. such a breathtaking experience! The hotel's pool was a delightful spot to relax, although there were occasional issues with available amenities, and some areas felt in need of refurbishment. While breakfast offered a good selection, the dining experience could benefit from more variety in the menu. Friendly staff made the stay more pleasant, particularly when organizing local excursions.

amazing view of elephants, proximity to elephant orphanage, enjoyable swimming pool
The check-in process requiring a ticket purchase is misleading!!! Some elephants seen being tied up detracts from the natural experience!!! The irregular feeding schedules can catch you off guard, requiring additional ticket expenses!!!
